June Health is a digital platform based in Canada that provides support, education, and tools for women navigating perimenopause and midlife. June is not a medical provider, but we connect you to licensed healthcare practitioners when applicable.

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Canada to use June Health. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or data.

ACCOUNTS & MEMBERSHIP

Some June Services require you to create an account or sign up for a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

FEES & PAYMENTS

We offer both free and paid services. Subscription plans, practitioner consultations, and purchases of supplements, vitamins, or prescriptions may involve additional fees.

All payments are processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment information is handled securely through trusted third-party providers. By making a payment, you agree to the applicable charges and terms at the time of purchase.

Please note, that prescription services and supplement recommendations are provided by licensed practitioners and may require a valid consultation. Fees related to prescriptions or supplement products are not included in any membership and are billed separately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the June platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, articles, blog posts, educational content, and software—is owned by or licensed to June and is protected by Canadian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services or the June website (junehealth.care) without our prior written consent.

Use of June’s content for any commercial purpose or public display is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by June in writing

PRIVACY
